Having trouble downloading purchased game

Yesterday I purchased NBA 2K15 off the Xbox Live Marketplace and I watched it download in the active downloads up to 43%, however a notification then appeared stating 'Can't download NBA 2K15' so I just tried to re-download and it stayed at 0%. I looked
up on the xbox forums for help and discovered a post which I followed the instructions of - Delete the incomplete install, restart Xbox and then try re-download. However this did not help and my download is still currently at 0% and has been now for the past
3 hours. I would just like to download and play the game I purchased, can anyone help me out?

You're right. The issue is tied with the IP address. Some content cannot be downloaded outside of the country in which the offer was made. Changing the country on the dashboard will not fix this issue. What you'll need to do is Migrate your account to
your new country and that should solve your issues.

Hey guys,

Some time ago i moved from Germany to Spain and since then (about 3 years a got) i seem to have problems downloading games.

Xbox live doesnt even let me download some games (most games with gold titles like Halo wars) in the first place by gving me the error code 0150017 which funny enough, doesnt even correspond to games, it belongs to video streaming. (atleast thats what /errorhelp
said). In some cases like Battlestations pacific which was a DOTW a couple of weeks ago, xboxlive allows me to pay for, and download the game but when i try to start it responds with "unable go launch battlestations...".

Now i tried fixing this several times, by changing the country in the dashboard settings and even linking this account to anther emal account. All this because i suppose its due to my Ip adress being different from the country i had as home. Its bothering
me that i cnat plaz most of the games i in/directly payed for so if any of you know how to fix this id be very happy.

Does your account region match your actual region?

Foreign military bases don't count except as the local host not the country it belongs to

Foreign military bases use foreign connections

For the best experience with Xbox live your account region has to match your actual region

 

I'm having the same problem... but only for some games.

since "Red faction: Guerilla" was on "Games with Gold" I tried downloading it, but it always said "can't download..." at some point.

Well, not so much a problem, didn't pay for it, so not that big of a deal.

but now I bought "South Park: Stick of Truth" and it seems like I can't download that either.

I I've downloaded other games since "Red Faction" and also purchased an other game after "South Park" and everything worked fine, I am only having trouble with these two and I can't figure out why... Does anybody have any solution?

I just bought nba 2k15 from marketplace and when i was downloading it on my system but each time it says can't doownload....ok im not sure if this will work for you guys but i deleted the corrupted game and deleted system (cash)....then restart system....start
download....then turn the system off...and if your system like mines then it should still download with it off.....im currently waiting for mines too finish....(way past 4%)
