Having Trouble Downloading Mortal Kombat

Hello... I tried downloading Mortal Kombat 9 on demand, and I downloaded it on Sunday and it is still on 12%... I don't know what to do and I really want to play it. I have tried canceling the download, re-downloading and also removing system cache. Still
nothing works!

Ok since you didn't list the info and mortal kombat is region locked

Does your account region match your actual location ?

If not that's probably why

Using the webpage to bypass the region lock never works and you just get a corrupted download

 

My region is what it is on my account...it's my actual location

 

When we say region it is by country not continent

and if you are on a foreign base you are in the host countrys connection

 

Is there. Itching else I can do to make it download, because it's barley at 12% still
