Having trouble downloading a 360 game, get the same error code 0x87e0000f

I’m trying to download a Xbox 360 disc game mx vs atv reflex it downloads to 99% then stops and won’t continue, I’ve tried all the troubleshooting and nothing seems to work

Even at the Xbox store it just says error code 0x87e0000f

Ive even retried to download it 3 times need assistant thank you

Having huge issues downloading Lego Marvel Avengers. Just purchased but the installation always stops at 45%

Error code: 0x87e0000f

Have performed updated, power cycled XBox One, even removed my profile and re-installed. Every time I did these I removed the install and attempted to re-download and it stops again, same place, 45%.

Game was bought digitally so I cannot install offline.

Need help or refund.

Hey there Raptor! Is this the only game or content you are having trouble with or do you have trouble downloading many things? Do you get the same error every time? Also, do other profiles on your console have trouble downloading? How about downloading from
your profile on a different console or network? Let us know how that all goes, thanks!

Try clearing the cache from the console by holding the power button for 10 secs and try again.

 

hey thanks for responding but yes I have, I’ve tried hard reset, clearing the cache, redownloading it. I’ve even gone to the Xbox store to see and I just get the same error. The disk is clean no scratches. I haven’t been this confused with a download yet
and have run out of options.
