Having Trouble Connecting?

It says this on my console (and my pins don't work), but when I check the mulitplayer/network connection it says it's all good. I am having no trouble with my internet (my 360 works), and I can even get in parties if someone else invites me.

I have already power cycled both my console and modem...it didn't help.

Can you explain exactly what your issue is and what you are experiencing trouble with? I'd love to try and help, but there's not much info to go on in your first post.

Hi,

I'm assuming that you're being asked to agree to the terms of use which was just recently updated. If that's the case and you can no longer access your parental e-mail account due to it being hacked then you will need to do one of two things. You can try to
reset your password, and if that doesn't work you can try to fill out the Microsoft account recovery form located
here.

If neither options work I'm afraid that you won't be able to agree to those terms or access the account. In order to
promote your account from a child to an adult you still need to be able to agree to the terms of use one last time. Inability to do
this means that you're locked out of the account.

sorry to hear you are having problems, this sort of issue is normally fixed by power cycling your box.

But a couple of extra things for you to try - sign out of your profile then sign back in again - see if that triggers a pin update. Failing that try the old fashioned reboot. Turn your xbox off and unplug the power cable for a couple of minutes. Then re-plug
and try again.

If you have no joy after that it might be worth having a quick chat with main support to see what else they suggest. Click
here to contact them.
