I'm having the exact same problem both on my mobile phone and my laptop. As your having trouble too, I suspect the issue is on their end.

 

Same here. I have been trying unsuccessfully to access and I get the same message.... There was a problem connecting to the Bingo server. If the problem persists, please check the Bingo support page at
Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

 

For God sake sort this out. It cannot be rocket science, all we are asking is to stay connected to the Microsoft Bingo game. Your support page is rubbish and goes nowhere. For a Multi million dollar company you are very arrogant, perhaps we should
all just for one day boycott you and see if the loss in revenue makes you sit up. Americans bang on about US customer service being the best in the world. I beg to differ. Arrogant , arrogant, ARROGANT. They won't read this as they do not appear to read
