Having trouble connecting to one of my friends

not using this account, we have connected with several of his friends but having trouble connecting with one friend

Hi Digiorno88! OK, quick question. Is he the only one you have trouble connecting to? And are you the only one he has trouble connecting to? Or does one of you see this with several friends?

Super odd issue you two are experiencing. Since this began, have either you attempted connecting from a different internet connection to help narrow this down? Also, if you haven't already be sure to reset both of your network settings and run through that
setup again to see if there might be something in place inhibiting your connection.

My friend had trouble connecting as well. You'd think they would be prepared for this.
