Having trouble connecting on Live?

If you are unable to go on live make sure your subscription is up to date (Services and Subscription)

Try to delete the your gamertag (it will not delete any save games on the account) Here's how:

Go to Settings. Choose All settings, go to
Account, choose Remove accounts, then look for your gametag. After that reboot your console then re-download your account. Here's how Sign
in to another Xbox One console.

Having trouble connecting....

I've gotten a new internet provider and ever since I've been having a lot of trouble getting my xbox to connect to our wireless internet. When I go in to configure my network on he xbox the first thing I notice is that the wireless mode at the top says it's
not even connected. And whenever I hit "Y" to see the status report I get the following.

X: 8000 - 0019

Y: 0000 - 0000

Z: 0000 - 0000

L: 0015 - 10F1

Q: 8007 - 0435

T: Wireless

A: 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0

Any help would be greatly appreciated because this has become quite frustrating after a few weeks of it

 

Having Trouble Connecting?

It says this on my console (and my pins don't work), but when I check the mulitplayer/network connection it says it's all good. I am having no trouble with my internet (my 360 works), and I can even get in parties if someone else invites me.

I have already power cycled both my console and modem...it didn't help.
