Thank you for reaching out. You should be able to access your Microsoft Account even if the associated email is obsolete. Once you are logged in, you can change the main email linked with your account via our

Change Alias page. You also have the option to reach out to one of our account specialists at

Hello NelHart, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your emails.

Please check the steps listed at this link https://support.xbox.com/en-CA/help/account-pro... for steps on changing the email address associated with an Xbox account. Nothing on the account will be lost doing this.

However, please be aware that if you remove your email completely from the account Microsoft will think you no longer want it and will permanently delete that address.

To prevent this I'd recommend keeping your email listed as the Secondary for the account
