    having trouble buying a 360 game from my console


    I'm having trouble with buying a 360 game on my Xbox one. I'm trying to buy the game through the "Microsoft Store" app directly from my console and each time i get the message "Your account is unable to make this type of purchase
    on Xbox.com. Please complete this transaction from your Xbox." At first I though it was just for that one game but I tried to download another 360 game and I get the same message. Anyone else have/had the same issue? Also, both of these games are backwards
    compatible, so it can't be that they can only be played on the 360.

    If you're on a child account, you'll have to make the purchase from a 360 console. Otherwise, make sure you have a credit card or Paypal on file in order to make the purchase.

    If you are using an account balance it may not be recognized.

    You will need to make the purchase on the website or on the 360 itself.

    Hey, dowayn! You should be able to use it. Is there a particular game you are having trouble with? We're currently looking into a few issues with games, and not all games are currently backward compatible.

    Additionally, you will not be able to buy the games from your Xbox One console. You will have to purchase them from website or an Xbox 360 console.

    Post back with which games you're having issues with and we'll look into it further from there. :)

    Two of these games are from Xbox 360 and are in backward compatibility, the other two have their versions for Xbox One, if for some reason you are having trouble buying the game, try to buy for another device, if the problem persists talk to the support
