    Having trouble and can't find a solution.


    For the past two days I have been unable to connect to any multiplayer functions across multiple games. After troubleshooting multiple times I can't find anything wrong with either my internet nor my Xbox or connections. I still have 3 months of gold left
    so can't be the issue.

    When Signing Up for Gold Membership, I can't complete the Billing Form because I don't live in a State/Province of America.

    Hey, did you manage to find a solution? I'm having the same trouble now :/

    Hey there what is the problem? Does it give you an error?

    Please check if you have any active
    enforcement     action. If you can't send messages it can also be related to Xbox Live issue sometimes. You can check

    Xbox Live status     here.

    On most scenarios, a power cycle fixes this kind of issues. Try performing one!

    reset your modem and router and be patient.

    that's what i do when i'm having difficulty, it normally helps.
