Having trouble accessing Rock Band 4 Legacy DLC

I am unable to download my previously purchased titles from Rock Band (the first game) to my newly purchased Rock Band 4. It is supposed to be as simple as seeing the song and downloading it at no charge. I however am not seeing them as owned on the marketplace,
despite seeing them on on my purchase list through Microsoft's website. I contacted support and was told to post something here an someone would reach out to me on getting it fixed so I can play my purchased DLC. Any aid is appreciated.

Can you please elaborate a bit more on the problem you're having? What happens when you try to acquire them on the Xbox One console in Rock Band 4? Have you also seen and worked through Harmonix's FAQ

Disposable Teens, is available on the Marketplace still. Try purchasing it at that link and let me know if that works for you.

What region are you in and what are the other titles you are seeing doing this? I can check into them, but since there are so much DLC content for the Rock Band series, I wouldn't be able to go through everything to see what is available and what isn't.
Finding out what YOU want and is also broken for you will be the easiest way to look into this.
