Having to reset my Xbox

hi there I'm having trouble playing games on disc and downloaded every few days as they wont play and I have to reset my Xbox and then they will work and I want to know why this as I've only had my brand new Xbox just over a year and it shouldn't be like
this. Please tell me what I should do as I have done all the necessary steps but they don't work

Having to reset my xbox every 3 days

I have a 6 months old xbox, a few weeks ago out of the blue it could not detect my network while other devices in the house could. I shut the xbox, shut my my modem and nothing, contacted tech support and they made me reset my xbox which solved the issue
for a while, a week ago it happened again and not it happens every 3 days.

So every 3 days I have to waste 10 min and reset my xbox.

Could the hardware be the issue and needing replacement before the warranty runs out?

Really starting to regret having bought an xbox and invested in 24 games so far.

Having to reset Xbox one daily

i have to reset my xbox one daily for it to update any purchases or so ads for new games or movies. It also won't show pinned apps until after reset. Also during last reset my purchases on Xbox video would not show. Deleted app as told to do before and reset
console and reinstalled app. Now I am missing all 11 seasons of NCIS that I had purchased.

what I do is I have to reset my Xbox completly keeping my games etc just to make them play but that only lasts a few days and I have to reset my Xbox again and these are downloaded games too that won't work, literally even now a game is syncing data and
has come up with the error message saying our services are not available but all services are up.

To check, are you taking part in the Xbox One update preview? Also, if the the console reset that keeps games isn't working, try the full factory reset to see if there's any change.

Hi! My name is Kyle and I'm an independent advisor.

Which Xbox do you have? Have you tried resetting the Xbox's display settings?

If there's a disc in the console, eject it.

On the console, press and hold the Power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds to turn off the console.

Press and hold the Power button and the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console.

You'll hear one beep right away and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash on before the second beep. Don’t let go until you hear the second beep or see the console start-up in low resolution mode (the Xbox start-up screen will appear slightly pixelated).

Note: If you have an Xbox Series S or Xbox One S All-Digital Edition, press and hold the Xbox button and the Pair button instead, as your console doesn't have an Eject button.

Thanks for reaching out, though I am sorry to hear about these issues with your console. It sounds like your console is having a hardware issue. There are little options available if you have already reset the console, tried different hdmi cables and displays, as you have already have done.
