Having to repurchase DLCs I already own

Hi, I purchased three DLCs for Kingdoms of Amalur in 2012 - Teeth of Naros, Legend of Dead Kel, and the online pass. After finding out KoA is now backwards compatible, I’ve discovered Teeth of Naros and Legend of Dead Kel are no longer showing in my purchase
history, and the store is saying I now have to repurchase them. Can you explain why I have to repurchase something I’ve already paid for? It’s not on!

Reposting from below - *UPDATE* 10th Dec: First, I just want to commend the agent I spoke with on the phone - she did her best to help, and was brilliant. Unfortunately
I did not get her name. So, regarding my missing DLCs. After being on the phone for 45 mins, I’ve been informed that although I do indeed have the licenses for these DLCs, apparently they cannot be transferred
and I have to purchase them again! Something to do with the fact that some DLCs can’t be transferred over? I paid £17 for these DLCs in 2013 via points purchases - I’m really not happy I have to fork out another £13.50 if I want to play them on the One!

The only explanation for having to have them transferred which isn't possible is that they were indeed purchased using a different account. Otherwise there would be no need to transfer them. So you must have another account or someone else was logged in
(you may have been unaware of that at the time) when you kade the purchase which is why they are still on the console. Sorry for the confusion.

Anything you own will show as owned in the Xbox store as well, You may have bought it with another account if it's not in your purchase history or showing as owned.

Hi, thanks for replying. Unfortunately Xbox Support themselves have told me that although I do own the DLCs, they cannot be transferred and I have to repurchase them.

Hi, yes I am using the same account - the strange thing is I can still play the DLCs on the 360 yet my account no longer recognises I own them. I’ll contact support as you suggest in the morning - I’m in the UK and it’s late evening for me now. Thanks for
your help, it’s really baffling me.

edited to add: there are two points purchases on my account with no details - do you think these could these be the missing DLC purchases?
