Having to re-purchase games?

Ok, just bought xbox one s, been playing 360 for years, with gold. I go over to ready to install games (download history) on the xbox one, all games ive purchased or had downloaded through xbox gold free seem to be there..wait, gta v is not on this list,
and it says i have to purchase for 30 dollars, skyrim isnt on this list, either. I've had these two games as digital downloads on the 360 as with other games that show in the history of my purchases, but those two don't. I can't re-download gta v, or skyrim.
Says i have to pay for the digi-download. Why?? 96 other games that i've downloaded in the past are ready to install, why not these two??

Ok, in that case you may not have your saved game data, but if your purchases are digital you should be able to check your purchase history and redownload the games, if they are on the disk just pop the game in the new console.

Make sure your logged in too the same account you purchased the game from if you have more than one account for example, so that you can download the game without repeat purchasing for the same thing.

Damn, well thanks for clarifying. There goes 300 bucks out the window lol.

This ready to install screen, for my back-compat games? No gta v, or skyrim. And no, i don't have these games on physical discs.
