Having to re-buy DLC

Thankyou for the suggestion but I have tried this already and it doesn't work. As for the money I am not as concerned about that.

Hi, could you sign into the profile that you originally downloaded the map packs on, the go to settings/ account/ download history, you should see everything you have ever purchased or downloaded listed there. Select an item and download again, there should
be no charge for that.

As for the accidental purchase I'm afraid you would need to contact xbox phone support, explain exactly what happened and you may or may not get a refund.

• When you tried the Download history option and it doesn't work, what exactly happened?
  

• • Did you get an error code/message?

• Does the DLC show on the storage device of the console that doesn't work?
• Is it showing as needing to purchase it both in-game and on the marketplace?
• Have you made sure you are looking while signed into the profile that purchased the DLC?
  

Please let us know and we'll work from there.

Since you dont have problems payin twice,purchase it on your brothers account on his console ,then use your account to purchase on your console.Now anyone with gold can play it on either console.And you wont have to be signed in.
