Having to install games every time it want to play a game

Go to play a game and it says it has to install game and it's at 95%

Another thing to add to the mix. If your catalogue of games hits 20 or more and your all digital and the hdd automatically deletes games next time you want to play a game you will have to download and install every time you want to play. Or am I missing something?

 

Issues after game installation

Uninstalling the game does not solve what seems to be systemic problem of installs not working properly. Unistalling and reinstalling a game multiple times every time I want to play it is not an acceptable solution.

 

Why does the game installs so slow

 

this is crazy! what was Microsoft thinking? very poorly done, its now 6 hours and only up to 94% installing RYSE omg..... imagine all the people receiving a xbox one for xmas? wont be able to play anything for 2 days its crazy. wouldn't recommend a xbox

Hey StalkingDave it sounds like maybe you are installing while connected to live. When you do it that way you are installing the game as well as any updates for that game at the very same time. This can slow the process quite a bit,more so if your internet
speeds are not the greatest. Try your install while not connected to Xbox live I bet it goes quicker for ya. Then just grab the updates when you reconnect.

 

It shouldn't take that long to install a game. I would highly suggest canceling the install and starting over. When I first got BF4, it took 2 hours to get to 5%. I stopped it and restarted it and it took like 45 minutes to completely install.
