Having some... Weird graphics problems. Links inside.

Hello! I've been having this problem since around December, it started on just the menus but now it's happening in some games. It affects the main xbox menu, and certain graphics in FIFA 16 and Black Ops 3, although I haven't noticed any issues playing BF4.

The strange thing is it doesn't come out in any captures but it definitely happens on screen and is very distracting.

I've changed hdmi cables, changed hdmi inputs on the TV, I don't have any graphics issues from my PC, Chromecast or Raspberry Pi when they're plugged into the same TV.

Anyway, rather than describe the issue here's a link to what happens:

After recording this I realised my hard drive was quite full so I deleted a lot of stuff and freed up quite a bit of space, turned the console off and unplugged the power, waited, and restarted. Didn't help.

I was having the same thing happen with all the bright textures and when I moved the screen around quickly in the following clip, but as you can see it hasn't come out in the dvr capture

Hey Kryptic Fadez! To clarify, are you playing on disc? If so, do other games have the same behavior or just Destiny and COD? Post back and let us know!

My xbox is having some weird problems

so ive been trying to play destiny and cod but my xbox keeps ejecting the game after 20 mins of playing. Its been getting really annoying and im wondering if anybody has had this problem and also if anybody knows how to fix it.

That's super strange. While its a bit cool looking, it's definitely not normal. Have you tested your console on any other TVs to see if there's any change? While other devices may be working fine it's possible that the television may be having a trouble
refreshing the Xbox One console's image appropriately, Let us know

 

Turns out at some point I'd changed output from 720p to 1080p and my TV didn't like it. Switched it back - all sorted!
