Having reward and account trouble.

Apologies for the confusion. There was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue, and you should now be seeing account information
that is accurate up to yesterday morning. We are currently working on getting this information up to date to this morning.

I'm happy to report however, that your purchases are working as intended. On our database I can confirm seeing your third and final punch for South Park (since the release date has been pushed back, we will be awarding this pre-order within 96 hours). Also,
this purchase did go toward Simply Rewarding, and completed that offer. Once our website is updated with current data, you should see these offers Rewarded. Again, apologies for the inconvenience.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. They haven't been deposited yet because you haven't reached that point. Since you do have over 1,000 credits, you can request a deposit on the
MyRewards section of the site and they will be deposited on the date listed on the site at the time that you make the request.

When will I get my Rewards Credits?



Rewards Credits will be converted into your country's local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account by the 15th and 30th of each month, once you hit 5,000 Credits. If you have less than 5,000 Credits, they will be held as Pending until a quantity
of 5,000 is reached.

What if I want my Rewards Credits, but I don't have 5,000 accumulated?



If you reach 1,000 Rewards Credits or more but don't have the 5,000 Credits needed to automatically trigger a deposit, a 'Request Deposit' button will appear on your MyRewards page. Click the button to request your credits, which will be deposited into
your Microsoft account by the next scheduled deposit date. Check out the progress bar at the top of your MyRewards page to see your Credits progress.
