This will be a long post so please bare with me.

When i switch my xbox on i have to wait 10 minutes on green screen and 10 minutes on black screen. This is anytime after i switch my xbox off. And when eventually it allows me onto dashboard (which isn't very often) i can't access anything - including apps
and games. If i try to access IE my xbox freezes everytime. If i try to play a game it gives me the error 0x8027025a but it still lets me download the games to my hard drive. When i go to settings it brings the symbol up on full screen and then goes straight
back to dashboard. I did manage to access this once and I restored it back to factory defaults, it didn't fix anything. On two or three occasions I got onto COD Ghosts but it was almost like when trying to play a game on a really poor PC where its at 1 FPS
and to get from one menu to another it takes a really long time... The game is still going but it jumps from chunk to chunk every few seconds as if the CPU or RAM is maxed out 100%. I also have a game installed on my hard drive this doesn't work at all it
either stays on black screen, kicks me back to dashboard or it freezes.

I am also 100% positive its not a hard drive issue either I took it to a repair shop thinking this was the problem, paid for a brand new hard drive and it made no difference.. Stupid decision of course but taking in the fact from the date the 360's where released
untill around sometime last year I PAID for 4 or 5 different xbox 360's so this seemed a cheaper option. And add another two replacements to that as well due to the issues i had, in one case I was giving a game called KAMEO as a type of compensation sort
    of thing. Woop.

Back to the xbox one - any troubleshooting options that are listed have been done and to no joy at all. Soft/Hard reboots, leaving it off for a certain amount of time 30secs/2mins, unplugging kinect etc etc. The system is up to date with the latest update
too. I was able to get signed into xbl on a few occasions. Also there are times if im trying to enter my email the on screen keyboard wont show up and i can't push B or return to dashboard the cursor just sits in the white box and blinks so its not as if
    the xbox freezes.

So after all this i was wondering if anyone actually has experienced something like this and was able to get it fixed? Or has any new troubleshooting options i could try. The only thing i haven't tried is the OSUDT but would i really need to do it considering
I got online and updated it? I understand the warranty is now also void due to replacing the hard drive so id really appreciate if anyone could help me out before I have to resort to asking microsoft to accept it for whatever price it may be to fix.

    :)

I dont tink it's due to anything offensive. Appearantly, XBox Live is having severe technical issues/outages. Lots and lots of us are having the same issue. Getting really frustrating!

Hey there x ChriSsy RFC x!

Sorry to hear about the freezing issues and any inconveniences this may have caused. Unfortunately receiving unauthorized repair on your console is against the terms of use and will void your warranty. Along with voiding the warranty, it will prevent you
from submitting a repair request. In the future if you choose to purchase another console, I recommend only having your console repaired through Microsoft.
