Having real bad problems

Ok, I thought it would be a smart idea to delete my parent profile, but now I regret it because I can't change any of my privacy settings. Please help me out with this. I can't remember the email and password for it but I do remember some of the gamertag
I believe its called Tiniercesar or something like that. Just please help me out here!!!

Youtube on xbox is slow/not working

I'm having the same problems. It's really bad. My videos won't even play again after a ad has played. I think its time to switch to PlayStation and get a real console.

 

Bad connection... real bad

A ping of 104 doesn't look good at all, as Obsessive says can you run a www.pingtest.net from a PC (wired PC if possible) and post the results like you did for your speedtest

 

You need to call support to try and retrieve your profile, however without any of the account details you basically have no chance of getting it back.

 

Maybe, tell your parents about this----- They could help too.

NOBODY here can help you!!!!! Mom and Dad should know the password and e-mail for their account.

You can clear this up very quick... Call support with the correct information. Or, just use the account you used to post here.
