having problems with skyforge xbox one

I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your account and see what might be causing that issue.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

yes. im not how to contact them since im in New Zealand

if you check your order history, do you see these purchases? if it happens only in skyforge you may want to contact their support.

also i've tryed contacting them don't get a answer back
