    Having problems with my prepaid gold live on xbox360


    I have a Xbox360, and when I enter my prepaid gold card to get live it says there is a problem. With the services and this error code pops up.

    Error: 80154007

    I don't know what to do.. yes it's new and has a 25 digit code on the card.

    I have no problems with my account either.

    I tried making a new account and it did the same thing for that one also. Can someone please Help me!

    I am having a similar problem. Purchased 12 Month Live Gold Subscription Prepaid Card, entered the code online, and both online and on the console our Live account shows us to be a 12 Month Gold Member, but it won't let my kids start or join a party. Says,
