    Having problems with my free trial month of online play


    I recently purchased an Xbox One S Battlefield 1 bundle. This purchase came with one month of free online play. I entered the code for live and it says that I am subscribed to the one month, but when I play the game it says "Missing multiplayer privileges."
    I checked my wifi connection and when I checked my multiplayer connection in settings it says I am all set to play online. I am very confused about what to do and it seems like I have tried everything.

    Ok i just started my journey through xbox live ..i canceled my free 1 month because i didnt want to play online etc.. now im thinking of joining the fun and it seems that i cant have my free trial now and i want to try xbox live before i buy 12 month sub.
    on my current account ... i dont have alot of emails to use for xbox live so i dont want to waste my time creating emails that i wont use ... is there any way to have my 1 month free trial offer again without having the error?

    Yes using new accounts, making the most of the free one month trial that comes with that account.

    Every console get 3 free one month trials,they will still show as silver online.

    No matter how good the modders are they cannot get online without paying or using a free trial offer.

    I am currently silver yet i have access online as i have free one month trial active that was given to me.

    If i joined your game of halo 3 i would show as silver ,and in your eyes be a modder for you to report.

    Hi, as with any brand new xbox 360 console you can get a free months trial of gold for up to three accounts. Other than that you have to pay to play online.

    The free trial is only available during the account creation process, once the account is created you cannot then go back and get the free trial.

    I just signed up for xbox live to trial it but I didn't get the 1 month free trial when I created my account
    No more Xbox live

    Make it free to play online we got network and that is not fear for us it lag a little

    The account is showing as a free/silver account. You need a gold account to play online. If you tried signing up for the free month trial, then it looks you may have not gotten it for some reason.
