Having problems with installing and updating games.

My father and I both have Xbox One consoles. We have both been having problems with games installing and then stopping at a certain point. Our games will not update properly either. I have looked at the bandwidth for the Xbox One to see what is going on
and why the games are not downloading and I have seen that the download speed is in the kps not the mps. I tried to install a small game and the speed remains in the mps. But, when I tried to install Titanfall it was in the mps for half of the installation
process. It is stuck at 48% now and will not install anymore. The bandwidth is stuck in the kps. Why is my internet dropping from mps to kps?

I have tried your suggestion to reset my modem and router, turn off my console and unplug it for ten seconds, etc. That only worked once and it has not worked since.

I hope we can resolve this situation quickly so that I can continue to game on your system.

Resident Evil 4 HD // Update Problem

Hello

Anybody else having problems with updating Resident Evil 4 HD??

When I try to start the game, an update is required. But it always says "There Was A Problem With The Update"

Re-installing the game didn't work.... :-(

Any other solution /suggestions?

Installation issues

Hello, I am having problems with installing new games and or moving games from internal hard drive to an external one. Any game that I try to install keeps stopping and just would not work. As for moving games from internal to external,
some dlc works but the game itself would not move. Also some games that have updates for them, instead of updating it, it ends up installing the whole game instead.

 

I would contact your Internet Service Provider and see if there is anything they can do to increase your speeds.

 

I live on campus so the school provides the internet. Everything else functions just fine. My Xbox One and Xbox 360 are the problem. They cannot download digital titles. My Xbox 360 constantly gets the "This game cannot be downloaded." message when I try
to download big games.

Small games like Arcade titles are not a problem on Xbox One or Xbox 360. The big games like Battlefield 4, Titanfall, and Grand Theft Auto V will not download. If I had the discs they would install just fine. Even if they installed to 100% there is still
the updates that worry me because some games will update to a certain percentage and then just stop. I keep reading that the reason this is happening is because a lot of people are trying to download the title. This does not make sense because everyone is
trying to download the new Games with Gold title Massive Chalice and it is downloading okay. It is downloading around 4-5mb.

When a small game finishes downloading the bandwidth speed drops from mbs to kbs when trying to download big digital titles. Why is it doing this? If I had the physical copy, this would not be an issue. Only for digital downloads.

I have had this problem for two months now.

 

Titanfall stops installing at 48%.

Grand Theft Auto V stops installing at 20%.

Far Cry 4 stops installing at 34%.

These games stop installing at these percentages every single time I try to reinstall them.

I can download small titles like Spy Chameleon, Styx: Master of Shadows, Pool Nation FX, Terraria, The Escapists, Minecraft: Xbox One Edition, Massive Chalice. Child of Light, Chariot, and Crimson Dragon.

 

I have the exact same issue...
