i have been trying to download the jigsaw puzzles "Germany" onto my computer and it gets three fourths of the way done and just stops. how can i fix this

Reference numbers are only used by phone and chat support and actually should not be posted on the forums. You will need to post the details of the issue you're having in order to receive proper assistance.

 

Oh well my problem is that i have a Fallout 3 code that i got when i pre-orderd fallout 4 but i cant redeem it and then i talked to live support and he gave me the refrence number and said that i should go here instead and that you would help me. Is that
enough information?

 

Have you tried redeeming the code on the website and the console? What error message/error code do you receive when you try redeeming on the console?

 

Yes i have both on Console and Browser

Error Code: Xbos-0x80153016

 

There are a couple of steps here you can try -
support.xbox.com/.../error-code-lookup

Also, if your account region does not match your physical location, that can cause issues redeeming the code as well.

 

I have already tried those things i do not understand what the problem is and im getting frustrated that im not allowed to play the game that i own.

 

Check the region of the Xbox webpage when you are trying to redeem your code (you should find it near the bottom-left corner of the page). I'm in the UK but the Xbox website keeps defaulting back to "English (United States)". Try changing it to the correct
region for yourself. I was getting the same error until I changed the region of the Xbox website to "English (United Kingdom)". Then I was able to redeem the code without issue.
