    My Friend has Minecraft on the 360 and wants to upgrade to xbox one but it says the full price shouldnt it be discounted?

    Xbox One Wireless Adapter for Windows - Works, but not with games?

    What games are having the issue? I know some older games weren't programed with the Xbox controllers. Try Fallout 4, I'm currently using playing that with the Xbox One controller without any problems. If not, upgrading to Windows 10 might fix the issue.

    Having problems upgrading my account.

    Every time I try to upgrade my account to a gold account I get the same error message. I've tried over a dozen times in the last 48 hours.

    It appears you've found a glitch in the system.

    Steps already tried: Simply trying over and over again both on the website and through my console. The process does not even get to the point where I am to make payment - it happens when I choose the option I want and click 'Next'. I have tried other membership
    options as well.

    Make sure your friend is using the same account he originally purchased the game with. Also, make sure he has signed into Xbox Live account since purchasing Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition. If he hasn't, sign in and allow 24–48 hours for the discounted price
    to become available.

    I have the same problem. I upgraded to an Xbox one S from an Xbox one using the link in the email i was sent. It has been 17 days not and still no points.
