    What's keeping your "friend" from posting his own problems here on the forums?

    OK - sweet. So I got this posted. Now I can post my real post:

    Hello! So I received a 24 hour communication ban from the enforcement team as of 1/20/16, and it was promptly lifted at the same time on 1/21/16. However, despite following all the procedures recommended on Xbox's official enforcement site, I was unable
    to find a way to reach out to the enforcement team. After speaking with 3 different reps via live support chat (Allen, Dennis, and Bert), they all ended up dumbfounded as to why I was unable to submit my case for review so I could get clear reasoning for
    my suspension. I believe it has to do with a software glitch, but perhaps there was another complaint that I was unaware of. Can anyone help me find a way to reach out to the enforcement team?

    For you reps that suggest me going to enforcement.xbox.com - I've already done that. I clicked on the orange hammer to review my enforcement history, and no questionnaire has popped up for me to answer so I can submit a case review. There's no buttons
    to click that will activate a questionnaire either. The enforcement forums also do not allow me to post on them either with this account (which was suspended), or a new account I created strictly for the sake of posting to the enforcement forums. Some
    clarity would seriously be great. I've been trying to get resolution for this matter for more than a cumulative 3 hours. Thanks!

    The enforcement team no longer use the enforcement forums. There is no direct way to contact them other than the appeal process. Anyway, there is no way to appeal a ban that is only 24 hours in length. You went to the correct place initially. Happy Gaming!

    Submitting a case review is the only way of contacting the enforcement team. However, you can only submit a case review if the suspension is longer than 24 hours. So it's not a glitch, it's actually intentional.

    They should have sent you an email about the suspension, but I believe it should also be listed on the enforcement site.

    Enforcement Detail :- This account engaged in inappropriate communications. This activity may include harassment, abusive language, hate speech, profanity, disruptive or offensive language, spamming, or other inappropriate uses of Xbox Live communications
    features. Temporary suspension impact: For the duration of the suspension this account cannot use Xbox Live communication features, including in-game and party chat, messaging, video communications, gameplay broadcasting, sharing content, and Skype on Xbox
    One. Permanent suspension impact: This account can no longer sign in to Xbox Live from any device. This enforcement affects the account's Xbox Live privileges

    The reason I call it a software glitch is this: I play PvE, and I play with friends. Every so often, I invite people from DestinyLFG so we can do 6 man raids. But in any case, when doing a co-op PvE, no one bashes anyone. We're supportive of each other,
    that's the only way to get through a raid successfully, and without wanting to tear out your hair.

    There was a point, though, that I wasn't getting pop-up prompts for sending out game/party invites. When this happened, I tried to send multiple invites to a few people; reason being, some people I messaged after sending an invite to said they never got
    the game/party invite. This is where I feel the glitch lays. The invite system was acting up, and someone may have perceived my multiple invites as spam, thus reporting me. But without a pop-up prompt, I don't know if the invites actually sent or not.

    Even if you submit a case review, they won't tell you anymore than what they posted on the enforcement site.

  9. Wow....that's pretty awful. You would think that people that pay for a service would have a right to know what specific actions were performed to have their services revoked. I feel like that's customer service 101. Heck, even law enforcement 101. It's
    the enforcing officers duty to explain to the suspect the act(s) of violation performed.
