having problems installing games

    having problems installing games


    I have bought a new Xbox one and it came with a free 3 months Xbox live and a free game so I have updated and done everything and I am ready to go BUT when I go to install the game I got with the purchase it wont start and nothing is in the notificatios
    popping up about any issues I have set up a credit card and I have checked everything unless am missing something please anyone can help with this issue

    Oh Im not having problems with anyother games and also tried installing the game disc to hard drive .

    Hello, M0BBIN H00D, creative gamertag. Anyways, this is an unusual problem, but I will try and give my two cents.

    - I'd try redownloading the game, I know it's a rather large game, but download it in the background while you're Xbox is off, and you're asleep.

    - Try contacting Xbox Support, via Twitter (twitter.com/XboxSupport), or call Microsoft on their toll free support line (1-800-469-9269).

    I Also may suggest that the game is corrupt . Keep trying if not then maybe delete and reinstall.
