Having problems getting the messages from the xbox preview program

I have to find send me for invites for the program I never got my invite at all from the program and xbox support invited me to as well I meant but never got the invite either gt: the o is zero

I just got a code for the Alpha because I'm in the XBOX One Preview program Did anyone else in the preview program get a code? I just noticed a message on my XB1 from MS

My preview program invite message hasn't arrived yet.

About 3 people have been invited me to join xbox preview program.

But It's been a week since they do that, and I didn't receive any messages about preview program.

Actually I got message from xbox live to join preview program, but that wasn't time that xbox one arrived in korea. So I couldn't join preview program.

As I'm having XBOX ONE, I'm going to get in to preview program, but preview message didn't arrived to me.

What happened? Contact chat doesn't helpful.

Preview Program Support forums for more assistance.

However, before you check that, please note that if you received any suspensions in the past 12 months, you will not be able to be fully invited to the program. You can check the
Enforcement site to ensure you have had no suspensions in the past 12 months. This way you can get the whole story before making a post in the preview support forums.

Theory of Game

The Xbox 360 and Xbox One preview programs are separate... being in one doesn't guarantee access to the other. To get into the Xbox One preview program, you'll need to be invited by a friend who is already in the program, and then be accepted by Microsoft
(you'll get a message from Xbox Live with a link to download the Preview Dashboard app).

I have still missed out on the preview program i have been looking on how to get the message but i have been invited and never got the message from Xbox

Sorry but phone support has no access to preview program information. That is another section of the xbox service and as such any issues arising from the preview program are to be addressed internally via the preview forums.

This means that phone support cannot determine whether or not you have actually been accepted into the program.

If you have not received a welcome message to your Live messages with a link to download the preview app then you have not yet been accepted into the preview program.

As I mentioned earlier, please be patient and keep an eye on your Live messages for more information.
