    I need help asap on changing my region to the United States back I moved from Australia about a week ago.

    I recently moved from the United States to Europe, and I can't purchase anything on Xbox Live using my credit card. I think this is due to my region and IP address changing. Please advise.

    Region Change Problem

    I'm having troubles changing my region from Canada to United States. I moved and it won't let me change it and I have gone through the reasons why I couldn't change and I don't find any issue, but it still won't let me. Help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    yes this is the problem i didn't change the region from one to one, the region is set to United States and my account linked to my Bank of America since 2001 and i buy games and pre-order games since that time, we move between Kuwait and United States, I
    am Kuwaiti and my wife American and i have Xbox here in Kuwait and in United States, I don't think so this is the problem because this is what i do for since 2006 and I use my Xbox console for 15 years this is the first time the console got banned

    Basically, you can't change regions. Those 8 countries listed were countries that have only got Xbox Live in the past year or so. Australia is one of the original Xbox Live regions, which is why it's not there. You're account
    will remain a US account, even though it is in Australia.



    An alternative is to create a second Australian silver (free) gamertag. That way you can use Australian MS Points on it (the points won't work on a US account). You can buy Australian content on the second account, then access
    it on your main account.

    Why would I change my region if I live in Australia. We have dollars (AU Dollars) and many other countries use dollar denominations.
