Having problems and can't download Dead Space on my Xbox one!

I can't seem to download Dead Space on my Xbox One as it is free with games with gold.... It wont give me the option to download it.

I downloaded it when it came out and played it and a couple of days ago I couldn't play it because it said that I needed a disc which is weird because it was working perfectly fine without the disc when I was playing it... so i decided to uninstall it and
install it again in hope that it would work but now it wont give me the option to download it...

How do i fix this problem, can someone help please?

Can't redownload Dead Space

Is xbox live having a problem? I tried to re download dead space it will start then I get a message " can't download dead space"

 

This purchase channel requires a billing account ?

I can't download dead space to my xbox one either. Not on the console or on the website and I have a card registered to my account. It just says can't download at this time

Sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing the game! Are you checking under the Ready to Install list on your console rather than searching in the Xbox Store? If you haven't already try a quick power cycle on your Xbox One by holding the power button
down for 8-10 seconds until your Xbox One shuts off. After power it back on and check for the title.

If the game still isn't showing try singing in with a different account to see if the purchase was made on a different account. Let us know how it goes.

 

Still doesn't work. The game doesn't come up on the ready to install list and neither does it come up on any of my other accounts. When I go on games with gold and click on Dead Space, it doesn't say install but it says 'Show Price' and next to it it says
'Free with EA Access'

I don't know what else to do.
