Having problems adding xbox live 12+1 code.

Hello,

I bought my son a xbox live 12+1, he's tried entering the code via the website and his xbox. It just keeps saying "oops there was a problem" no error code.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I am Day One user.

Got Forza and Ryse for free, each for sending my system in, also got a few months of live. Then got a 12 month live code for the delay in my controller replacement.

So they have given me free shit for my problems....

Also got Ryse code with sunset bundle.

Hi thanks for the reply but I did say that there was no error code, it just said oops there seems to be a problem.

It's ok, my son checked his xbox, he said it's showing he has a sub now, maybe it was just some random error with the server.

Thanks! I have just added my code for 12+1 month and it seems the 14 day trial was not added.

it ends on March 1st.
