    Having problem with pre-paid gold card


    So I have a 12 month pre-paid gold card from wal-mart and when I try to activate it I get an error tried from Xbox and website got the same error the numbers are correct and the error code I'm getting isn't working on the error code look up help please

    You can not buy gold with your account balance.

    You either need a credit card or a pre paid gold card.

    I would suggest contacting support guys. Its possibly that you have a suspended subscription if you're having problems redeeming your prepaid codes even though you have typed them correctly on both the console or on the website.
