Having problem to open games

Yesterday Xbox had a major server issue which affected everything from buying/downloading games and DLCs, games asking to be purchased again, payments being refused.

Their servers are not back to normal yet and lots of users are complaining they're still having issues. Would you please wait a few hours to see if things get back to normal again? If they don't, please try to sign out of your Microsoft/Xbox account and in again on all your devices.

Sorry to hear it. Can you please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps? If it doesn't then you'll need to delete the game and reinstall it. You can reinstall by going to my games and apps then

Please, do a clean boot and test the app.

Press Windows Key + R > Type msconfig > Select Services > Check the box Hide all Microsoft Services > Select Deactivate All.

Restart your computer.

Assuming you are using CurseForge to play with mods installed in Minecraft, does the game open correctly if you uninstall all the mods? If so, then the error you're experiencing with Minecraft can only be due to two things:

- Some mod is incorrectly installed.
- Some mod is incompatible with the game version or with another mod.

It's recommended that you install mods one by one until you find the one causing the problem. Once identified, you should contact the mod developers directly to report the issue or seek a possible solution, as they are responsible for the proper functioning of their mods, not Xbox, Microsoft, or Mojang.

Thank you Gerardo CG, this problem is also occurring with other mods, not only this one, I tried to install and uninstall Java, the curseforge app, I tried deleting .minecraft too, and nothing seems to work. The error that I get its always the same as the previous one. And my friends can play these same mods without any issues. Thank you for your time.
