    Having Network issues


    I am having network issues also and can’t have any help from xbox/microsoft support. I will create a looking for group post on xbox one s to find fortnite players. & as soon as i repost my looking for group, i will have the error code (0x80190190) along
    with « party encountered an error » It disconects my party everytime wether i invited a player in my party or not, if i have a party chat it will be disconnected. HELP PLEASE!

    Hey there Xbox Fan!

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to get your group together.

    I split your post off of the thread it was on so that we could give this separate issue the attention it deserves.

    Since it kicks you out of party chat so much, I suggest trying the steps outlined in our

    You can't switch to party chat on Xbox One     article or what we have in our
    Xbox One Multiplayer Game Solution     on the website.

    When you get a chance, give those things a try and let us know how that helped.

    i would first check your privacy settings. then try clearing your alternate mac address in network settings - advanced - alternate mac- clear (your xbox will restart)
