Do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? A corrupted hard drive may cause issues as well.

did you not read the part where I said I tried resetting my console in every way possible? I already tried that, it didn't work.

nope, no externals or add Ons. I use a wired headset with a wireless controller

well, I figured out the issue, the issue is not on my end its a Deep Rock Galactic Issue itself. I asked a bunch of random people on the game in online matches and a lot of them are experiencing all of the same things I am experiencing, there's no current fix but the likely cause was either because they were trying to remove the summer update stuff or trying to add it to ps4 when they reset all the weekly challenge stuff early this morning. For anyone reading this final comment by me that plays DRG, (this is worst case scenario) take physical photos with your phone of all of your total resources mined, your money amount, your ranks for each class, every overclock you have, every loadout build you have, every cosmetic item you have. your forge rank, even the Abyss bar materiel amounts. all are needed in case the DRG DEVS mess up horribly trying to fix this and end up completely resetting everyone's account. its needed so you can tweet them or email etc. all of the stuff you lost. I really hope and for the love of Karl that these issues are fixed very soon and properly.
