Having Multiple problems with xbox one

Right so every time i want to play a new game i have to hard restart my xbox one. I have also played through both Metros and i haven't unlocked a single achievement. I am aware that i should wait a couple of days because the achievements can have a delay
but I've waited over a week. Another problem is that my profile picture has not been displaying what so ever. This has been happening since the release of AC unity. Now i can't be the only one having hess problems. Please help.

Hi, I am an official streamer for neverwinter. I missed my day to stream yesterday. Im confused on where to post this but I am currently trying to change my appearing offline to online. It wont let me though. I did contact Xbox support and unfortunately
it was not resolved due to the fact. I am a preview member, I am trying to reach out to them to better understand and fix the problem.

not heard to much about these issues, can you run a detailed network test in the xbox one settings menu and post the results but NOT any confidential info, have you also tried resetting your router and are you wired or wireless.

 

I am also missing my gamer pic. Not had it in about a week. Also my kinect microphone has stopped taking voice commands and the blu ray player wont work properly. All recent problems

 

so far my connection has been fine fine. Ive checked everything and i dont have a secondary DNS thing. Im not sure i that means anythng and yes i have tried ressetting my router. i am on wireless

 

try changing the dns on the xbox to something like googles free dns as an experiment, may help.

 

ok i just tried that and the exact same outcome happened. Thanks though for the suggestion

You can call them free from a landline on 0800 587 1102 or just chat to them on here they will hopefully sort it for you
