Having multiple issues, no help from support.

I'm having a couple of account issues. I have been in contact with the Microsoft Rewards program for my Xbox live account, and am having issues. In order to redeem my Rewards, anything I redeem will be sent to the email address attached to my xbox live account.
However, that is an old college email account, and has been inactive for over 5 years. So, since I cannot get into that email account, I have tried having my primary email address changed, but to do so, the link Microsoft Rewards sent me was to a spot where
I first have to verify my old email address. This takes me back to the problem I have in not being able to get into that account. They told me last (which was nearly a week ago and they quit responding) that my best bet was to try my email support. The email
account has been inactive for years, it no longer exists. So my old college can do nothing for me there. There must be a way to switch these email addresses somehow.

Issue number 2, I was going to watch some of the older seasons of the Walking dead, and noticed I only owned half of season 3. I know this couldn't be true, as I remember very well having purchased each episode as they released. Upon further investigation,
the episodes are purchased under "Season 302" and apparently no longer exist in that format? How is this possible, and did I purchase something only to have Xbox make it incompatible, and would have to repurchase the episodes?

xbox saying "disk is unreadable" on a downloaded game.

I'm having the same issue with multiple games after the update. Spent an hour online with support and no help...

 

Still can't download Black Ops 1

I've tried downloading it from the xbox one store and I get the Show Price error that tells me I have to go to Xbox.com, so I tried downloading it from xbox.com under the Xbox One Compatible drop list and got an error saying Sorry your purchase cannot be
completed at this time. Try again later. Been this way for about 3 hours now, even called customer support and they told me Xbox Live is having issues with purchasing and downloading titles. Well the Support link says there are no more issues with xbox live
and the issue still persists. I've restarted my Xbox multiple times, I've logged in and out of xbox.com multiple times, I've tried multiple xbox accounts as well as multiple credit cards (AMex and Visa).

Help please
