Having Major issues in social section

Discus and support Having Major issues in social section in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Every time I go into the Social Section either to send/redeem gifts the program shuts down.     Every time I go into the Social Section either to send/redeem gifts the program shuts down. This is very frustrating can you please pretty please help?

    Crappy performance

    I just found out that xbox is admitting that they are having major issues with social and gaming right now. Found some articles they wrote. They mentioned AW having issues but idk if they realize that it's every major game

    Hey there angelourbaby.

    I've seen a few reports that this usually happens when attempting to send gifts to multiple people at once. Are you able to open or send individual gifts?

    Since I can only gift once in a 24 hr period, it is senseless to try only one gift at a time as to sending aspect.

    While trying to cash in the gifts received I am able to "cash in" only a couple and it shuts down.

    When webbowlingbuddy answered it is on the behalf of and what use to be known as liftedsleet. Noticed that when going into social section on one account when the ad froze we get kicked off. As your server can not handle the load.

    they said its up and running the only thing I can do is play online game. I don't think they have resolved the issue fully yet . even tho the status says up and ready. im really getting sick of all these problems with xbox live . what do I pay 10 bucks a
    month for for a half working system. what is I went to bill gates house and cut his grass for 10 buck a month but only di a half hearted job im shear he would be mad. and tell me to fix the problem. so why is it ok for xbox live to give us a sub par service.
    im swiching to playstation they may have there problems to but at least I don't have to pay for it.
