Having lots of trouble downloading GTA 5 on Xbox one.

I just got Gta 5 for my xbox one, and the download is being really troublesome. The download will get to 87%, and after that it will take almost an hour to move another percent. I have restarted the download many times, and in some cases, between 87 and
99% the download will uninstall and restart itself on its own. I am really frustrated that I can't play with my new game, please help.

GTA 5 ONLINE Trouble

Today, I bought GTA 5 on XBOX 360. But im having trouble with the GTA 5 Online because it keeps telling me that there is one or more downloadable packs that need to be install. Can someone please tell me what they are? IM DESPRETE

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. As you can see by this link Xbox One Backward Compatibility GTA 5 is not on the BC list. It's GTA 4 that is compatible.

This could be normal. When you install a game while you are connected to live, it will update the game at the same time. So it will install the game, then usually update it afterwards, which is why it gets to 87% and then slow the a crawl, as its installed
the game (which is quick) and is now downloading the update, which is most likely massive.

What I would suggest, is installing the game offline, and then updating it seperately, as this will usually speed things up I've put a link in below which shows you how to do so:

Once you've done that, the game will still need to update, however you should find it will be a little bit quicker.

I had the same thing last night, and ended up leaving it overnight to update
