    Having issues with new update when in WiFi


    hello. Never thought I would have to write a thread about support but the time came. The issue I am having is like a pc with long boot up times and once on the pc just sits their and doesn't do anything. Like now I tried to get into my setting and it booted
    up the app but only the logo and then 5 min later a "if this continues" basic saying hard reset I've tried and it seem like it makes it worse by having to wait longer to just use the dashboard. That's also another problem. It boots up fine but once I press
    the home button a sound happens but new guide doesn't load but goes faded black. Also my controller becomes unresponsive and only can hold home button to get a response but can't press any buttons. I became a where of This after new update Only after I boot
    up the system with no internet wire connection plugged in. Right now I need to use WiFi and now having the problem. Just 30 mins ago was on wired and worked perfectly

    xbox one dropping wifi

    Hello. New to this. We are having issues with wifi connection on xbox one. When my phone (Google Pixel 2) is connected to wifi while the xbox is on it will drop/ lag on the xbox. Sometimes drops wifi all together on my phone. The kids are huge into
    Fortnite and having major issues with that freezing while my phone is connected to wifi. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

    rs3_release_xbox_dev_1711.171203-1700 wifi no longer working on original XBox One

    Yesterday my XBox One stopped connecting to wifi. Today, via a wired connection, update rs3_release_xbox_dev_1711.171203-1700 was fully installed. I read online that this update has wifi changes to fix wifi issues (with newer consoles?). I've never had wifi issues
    until yesterday when this release was made available publicly.

    None of the wifi troubleshooting solves the problem. I can now only connect using a wired connection. Since yesterday evening when I noticed the wifi was no longer connecting I can see my networks (2.4ghz and 5ghz) but the XBox is not able to connect to
    either one.

    I don't have any network Issue, the xbox is connected to the wifi, the thing is, it's new, I just it, it's the initial update but it only says there is a problem with the update. I really don't know what else to do :c

    If your WiFi is actually turning off when your Xbox connects, it sounds like an issue with your WiFi. Are there any settings through your WiFi/Internet provider (such as security settings for when a new device connects) that you could check?

    If your on WiFi switch to ethernet to do the update then go back to wifi. I had wifi issues until I did the update.

    There has been issues with wifi in preview programme wifi cutting out and disconnecting from live and pads but this issue was supposed to have been solved in last update 2nd November
