    Having issues with cloud saves


    Last month I contacted xbox regarding slow download speeds on my xbox, I was told to delete my profile, power down the console remove wires, they went through my Internet specs, if I had open nat, download speeds etc and they said I had good Internet. I
    eventually gave up with online chat at about 3 am as we wasn't getting anywhere. However since then the saves have been dodgy, being slow, constantly failing, if I spam retry enough they seem to succeed, but fifa would never sync so I had to delete data on
    the cloud for that, and minecraft won't sync at all, takes forever and gains at 90% ish consistently.

    Obviously minecraft saves are a pain, but not the end of the world, but it's a bit concerning that saves keep failing. Does anyone have an idea how I can solve this?

    Did you delete your profile? Because if you did then maybe you deleted your cloud save data. I would contact Xbox live support again.

    What good is cloud based saves if it doesn't work ???

    Thanks for the reply. Xbox has told that they do have known issues with Starfield and their cloud based save system. I have synched the game repeatedly and have performed local saves and the game even shows when it's auto saving. But if for some reason the game gets "out of cloud synch" all of these saves, local or auto, are lost because the game actually didn't save because of the cloud synch issue
