    I have already spoken to someone with customer chat support and was told to use this to find help. I was given a code that has my case details. I have everything set up and live in the U.S. but it said that streaming is unavailable in my ring or region.

    the new xbox (Beta) app does not have the streaming feature. You need to keep using the companion app until the streaming feature is added to the new app.

    What mobile device are you using to stream video?

    Are you currently using the PlayTo feature to stream video?
