Having issues trying to download Dead Space 2

I’ve been having a few issues trying to download Dead Space 2 On the Xbox one marketplace.

Every time I view the game hub and choose the option to ‘see price’ an error screen appears for a split second that says I’ve found a glitch in the system, with no error code. And then takes me back to the game hub.

I tried to download the game through my Microsoft account on my phone and see if that works but when I try to look at the Dead Space 2 page online it says the page has been moved?

I’ve no idea what to do here, just really want to play this game. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve had the issue a while, I tried to pay for he game a month or so ago and it’s still happening now it’s free with gold.

Trouble with the game dlc etc

The specific DLC we all seem to be having issues with is Collector's Edition Items, RIvet Gun and Online Pass.

 

Can't redownload Dead Space

Is xbox live having a problem? I tried to re download dead space it will start then I get a message " can't download dead space"

Yeah, I’ve tried. It just says that they’ve moved the webpage around.
