having issues to download an account to my hdd

one week ago my xbox 360 console broke down it was a 2008 model that had already been repaired before, a few days later I got a new xbox elite console,so i changed the hard drive and used the same one i had in the old console, it asked me to introduce my
password again and everything worked all right

the problem is that the old console had my cousins account licenses transfered, so we could play when we got together, since i changed the hard drive to the new console it will not allow me to open the profile of my cousin or download it to my console

could someone help me? im sorry if i have spelling mistake

Sorry but what you are asking is considered Marketplace Theft and could result in the banning of both gamertags and/or consoles from the Live service.

The license transfer tool is meant to transfer YOUR licenses to YOUR new console. It is not meant to be used as a way to share content with people who haven't paid for it. As onyx62is said, this can be seen as marketplace theft/fraud and can lead to permanent
bans for all accounts/consoles involved.
