    Just to add onto Mister Beeps support, if those do not work, you might have an issues with the game having corrupted data. If the steps above do not work, you might need to restore the console to factory defaults. No offense Mister Beep

    A few people are having issues connecting to live right now, im pretty sure the router should work with live so it just might be live acting up

    There is an issue with some Xbox services at the moment, that might be causing the issue you are having. Microsoft are working on fixing the issues, so hopefully, the issue you are having will be fixed soon.

    If multiple headsets aren't working, then try a different controller. You might have an issue there.

    i hooked up the xbox direct to the modem and disconnected my router. seemed to work. been out since friday midnight hawaii twc. son is happy .. i am not now the rest of the computers dont have internet since i took off the router (Linksys).
