    Having Issues Staying Connected To Xbox Live/ Internet While Installing A Game.


    I am not sure if its just my internet since I am trying to install COD WWII (it is at it's last 17% till completion), but for the past 30 minutes my Xbox One S keeps kicking me off the WiFi making my installation stop. I had to reboot it twice cause when
    it reconnected, it did it again and seems like rebooting helps but is there any way I can get it to stop? If not, maybe it is my internet connection on the Xbox One S cause I am having no internet issues on my other devices like my phone. If thats the case
    then nevermind, just never had this issue before so just wanted some advice.

    Can't uppdate/connect to xbox live?!

    The update could not be downloaded from Xbox LIVE. Try the following:

    Try installing the update again.

    If you are having problems connecting or staying connected to Xbox LIVE, see troubleshooting Xbox LIVE connection issues.

    Nevermind, was fixed as far as I know of since I got in contact with someone who helped me resolve it.

    Is this the only game that you're having an issue with?

    Also, are you playing the game while connected to Xbox Live/Internet?

    G'day all! If you are installing from Xbox Live and not a physical disc, then you'll need to be connected to Xbox Live in order to download it. The install might stay at 0% for a while as that meter does not increase while the game's latest updates are installed
    before the game itself. Once those installs are complete, the full game installation will begin and the meter will move beyond 0%.

    You shouldn't loose your progress if you've been playing while the console has been connected to Xbox Live (the internet, the console should automatically connect to the Xbox Live servers while it's connected to the internet).

    I can't tell you why the game deleted itself unfortunately.

    You should be able to simply reinstall the game via the ready to install section.
