    Having issues since the October update.


    This is one of the reasons why I wanted to be beta program. I've been having issues since the October update. It starts with the double tap snap feature. Whenever, I double press the guide button, the snap feature will work 50% of the time. Whenever, I long
    press the guide button, instead of showing the console off/controller off menu, it shows the snap menu. This is still present, on top of a new issue. The issue I am experiencing now is a audio issue. I have my U-Verse receiver plugged into my Xbox One. Since
    the November Update, I have to turn off the receiver and close the TV app in order get the audio back, not once, not twice, not three times, not four times, but a a total of five times in that sequence in order for the audio to come back in.

    Issues after Recent Updates

    I could not find other posts or forums that had a similar topic. With the recent update that have been given out, I have been having issues of my Xbox behaving like it shouldn't. Since the numerous October Updates, I have been having issues with my xbox
    randomly turning off, or that it wont read my game discs and/or my movie discs. It did not, and i repeat did do this prior to the october updates. It has been frustrating. Does anyone else been having the same problem.

    I jst went away for the weekend and today I arrived back home tried to go on my Xbox bt the screen was completely. Blank if I tap the Xbox button on my controller the snap option comes up bt nothing happens if I use a voice command to gt tona game it will
    go to the picture start upmofnthat game and then will turn off and say sorry that cannot be done soo I'm just stuck with a blank screen and the Xbox ikon in the corner I've tried to fully shut the Xbox down n turn it off at the plug and it just repeats the
    process soo I really hope this is jst a bug in the new update or something

    Since I have been running the 1410 preview build (October Update) I have not seen the issue again.

    Since the October update there’s a known issue they’re tracking when switching between games and streaming apps.

    We're referring to the same one - I just assumed it was October's since it ended in October.

    As an update, the rewards support circled me back to general support which appears to be making progress - they have escalated the issue up and i'm waiting on a reply. Hopefully this will fix the issue but i'll keep you posted!
