Having issues signing into my Microsoft account on Psn

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Correct me if I'm wrong, you want to link a Microsoft account to your PSN but you can't because it says your PSN is already linked? If this is the case, I'm sorry to say this but there is no way to unlink the Microsoft account without signing in. Each Microsoft account can only be linked to one PSN account and vice versa.

If you no longer have access to your previous Microsoft account, you may need to submit the recovery form. https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/h...

Hi Josef, I’m having the same issue however this is the first time I’ve got minecraft on any PlayStation, I’ve tried logging in to Minecraft on PS5 and it gives me the same message, there is only my account on my PS5 yet it says my Microsoft account is already linked to another PSN account, I do not have minecraft on PS4. I attempted to use a different Microsoft account but all I got was a signing in screen for 10 minutes so gave up.

(Edit: just installed minecraft on my ps4 with the same PSN account and also says the Microsoft account is linked to a different PSN account but Nintendo switch works fine so seems to be an issue with PlayStation minecraft)

Yah, I'm having this same issue. I don't think I have ever linked my PSN account to a Microsoft account. Yet, Microsoft states I do. I have scoured everywhere I might be told of which Microsoft account I have linked to my PSN account but, to no avail (Microsoft account access on a PC, my PSN account on my PlayStation device, my PSN account on a PC, Mojang's website.) I even tried that backward fix of changing both passwords. Nothing. I agree that the bare minimum should be to tell us what Microsoft account is currently connected to my PSN account but, we don't get that.

Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

I am afraid that a PlayStation account can only be linked to a Microsoft account once. Once it has been linked to a PSN account, you can't link the PSN account to another Microsoft account.
