Having Issues Playing Purchased DLC Offline on XB360

Recently, on my Xbox 360, a few of my Arcade and Indie games have become unplayable offline and gone into their demo modes (and I don't know if this affects their appearance and play function as demos, but I've never had a few of them as demos). When I look
at these games in my game library, it shows them as demos yet when I look in my storage memory I can see them fully downloaded. I'm currently without internet at home and unable to use online functions to fix anything at this time so I'm wondering if there's
anything I'm actually able to do to make these games playable or am I *** till I'm able to connect back online? And no, I've never owned these games on another console or profile account, so license transfers are not the issue.

Playing Games while Offline

If the console is set as your "Home" console, you should not have any issues playing the games purchased with your Gamertag offline. If you have set the console as your Home console and are still having issues you can try going into the Network Settings
on your console and selecting "Go Offline".

not able to play saved games on xbox one

Hey there mister quinby he's not having issues online. He's having issues playing games that's already saved on his hd offline. I am also having the same issue. Is it that gucamelee isn't a game you can play offline? If not that should probably be addressed.

You need to transfer content licenses. You can only do this once a year, and the console needs to be online for a split second to download the updated licenses.

Hi ArcheAngelChaos, it will be an issue with your licenses, before you try a license transfer (which you can do every 4 months) try redownloading your games again, that might just do the trick for you.

4 months now? It used to be every 12 months. You can play your stuff offline on the first console you download the item to, aside from that, you have to transfer your license.

1) Are you playing it on the same Xbox console that you purchased the DLC from?

2) Are you on the same Gamertag that purchased the DLC?

3) Are you playing offline or online? (I mean, is your Xbox console connected to the Internet/Xbox Live)

4) Have you tried removing the DLC and re-downloading it?

5) You may try to contact the game's developer and seeing if it is a known issue.

Its upsetting that I have absolutely no issue purchasing on the Xb360 but all these headaches on the Xbox One. What a waste of 8yrs and over 90k achievement points.
